Holy $#!& this place is horrible. I was with a friend who didn't want to walk the two blocks to the market, so we settled in here. Shockingly dirty. Old looking produce. Small portions. Disinterested staff. I can't think of one good thing to say about this place.
Years ago it had a different owner who served amazing food, fresh hummus and baba ganoush, in particular. How times have changed. With no exaggeration, I would not eat at Mr Shawarma, even if someone else were paying.
